PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

As the most advanced brick drying technology in the world, single rack dryer has the advantages of high automation, high efficiency and high quality. It is equipped with rack loading and unloading system which is invented by the world famous company - Cosmec. The individual layer of bricks make sure of the full heat sending from different direction, the cone blower will make the drying well-distributed.

PRODUCT FEATURES

1. Automation :

 




During the whole process, all the bricks are transferred into dryer room by machine, so there is no any damage on bricks which may cause by manual work.

 

2. Well-designed dryer cart  

 



 

 

The dryer cart is well designed which keep certain space between each bricks and each layer, so the hot air can be touched with bricks in different direction.

In addition, the bricks setting can reach 12 layers high which ensure the high capacity.

 

3. Hot air distributor---cone blower.

 

 

Hot air generator is invented as the distributor of hot air in dryer room, which send the wind from evenly and uniformly.

Before-sale services:

(4) We are responsible for the offer, flow chart, and detail specification of each machinery.

After-sale services:
(1) We will send the technicians to guide with device installation, debugging and training operators until customers are fully satisfied.
(2) Guarantee for machinery, materials and equipment supplied under this quotation are valid for a period of 12 months after commissioning or 16 months after delivery whichever is earlier. Warranty shall cover manufacturing defect in material and workmanship but exclude:
1. Daily wear and tear

2.mishandling or improper operation

3. Incoming power supply fluctuation
4. Consumable and spare parts.
(3) Regular visit customer, consult with the customer feedback, come true with the customer's two-way communication.

Answer: it need above 20,000 square meters,the land area relate with capacity
